The Highland Park Police Benevolent Association is requesting your assistance in generating charitable contributions to help a fellow police officer and his family during a time of need.
Officer Christopher Cipolla, a 26 year Highland Park police veteran, and his wife Dolly are the parents of four children; Alexandria 21, Samantha (Sam) 19, Carisa 16 and Anthony 9. Sam has been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of juvenile cancer, Pancreatic Blastoma. Due to the rarity of this juvenile cancer, it is possible treatment may exceed insurance coverage. Associated expenses and any experimental treatments will not be covered at all.
Sam, an energetic, outgoing, athletic, passionate and bright individual has exhibited great strength of character during this challenging time in her young life. Her courage and positive attitude have touched the hearts and souls of all who have learned of her illness.
